About

Source: Campaign page

Tom is a Southern Illinois Attorney who has spent the past 2 years educating, empowering, and equipping the PEOPLE with the necessary tools to fight government overreach and mandates. Tom is known for his battles in the courtroom, fighting to keep small businesses open and challenging Governor J.B. Pritzker’s mask mandate in schools.

Tom spent a portion of his childhood in a poverty-stricken trailer park in Southern Illinois, living a relatively simple life. As a young boy, he often thought about what it would take to make it to the other side. Yet, the same passion and perseverance that Tom displays today are what allowed him to break through the barriers he thought existed as a child.

As a constitutional attorney, Tom knows the power of government is with the PEOPLE. “We cannot rely on a single branch of government to protect the fabric of our great nation.”  Although Tom often battles in the courtroom, his true passion is to educate, empower, and equip the PEOPLE with the necessary resources to ensure we remain a government of the people, for the people, by the people.
